I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only one who struggled with this, even though it felt like it at the time. No matter how much I brushed my dog or how carefully I got dressed, I’d find myself noticing hair on my shirt right before a meeting or catching people glancing at the lint on my clothes. There were days I avoided wearing black altogether. I even started keeping distance from people because I was tired of feeling judged or messy. I tried every disposable lint roller and brush I could find, but nothing really worked—they ran out fast, got less sticky, or were too bulky to carry around. I honestly thought I’d just have to live with it.
